What Kind of services do you provide?
We provide non-medical services such as homemaking, companionship, and help with day-to-day living needs. Please see our services page for detail listing.

How do we begin services?
We will meet with the client and any family members to assess your needs. There is no charge for this meeting. After a schedule is determined, service can start within 24 hours.

Can I change my schedule?
Yes, you can adjust your schedule as you need change. A schedule change or reduction in hours can be done within 24-hour notice.

How are caregivers selected?
All caregivers are interviewed by the owner or Branch manager in the caregiver’s home. They have an extensive background check. Our caregivers are caring, compassionate and provide trustworthy, honest caring services.

Can you provide services in retirement centers or assisted living facilities?
Yes, we can provide services in retirement centers, rehab facilities, or assisted living facilities as well as your home.

What does the aide do in the event of an emergency?
The aide is qualified to make a judgment about when to call the family, a doctor or 911. Save On Senior Care is available to assist the aide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How much lead-time is required for placement?
Save On Senior Care requests a 2 to 3 day notice to make a placement. HOWEVER, we do understand how quickly a need can develop and so we are frequently able to make a placement within 24 hours.
